Good News from A favorite Local Lender!
  I just wanted to give you an update on our current jumbo rates.  While the conforming rates have been rising steadily, our Jumbo rates have fallen.  For the first time in my decade in the business, the jumbo rates are LOWER than the conforming!  Right now, the 30 year fixed is 4% with an origination fee and 4.25% with no origination fee.  These rates are fantastic, and I have no idea how long this good fortune will last, as they are a full quarter below conforming rates!
